Delineated the onsite wetland and coordinated jurisdictional boundaries with the Army Corps of Engineers. Created a presentation to display different restoration and stabilization options to the Home Owners Association. Developed a site specific restoration concept plan which included appropriate seed mix lists and erosion control measures.

Good Samaritan Hospital ICU Addition

Good Samaritan Hospital ICU Addition, Downers Grove, Illinois
CGL was chosen by Advocate Healthcare to provide preliminary and construction documentation design services for sitework improvements necessary to support a new state-of-the-art intensive care unit at their Good Samaritan Hospital campus. In order to accomplish the new building wing as desired, it was necessary to analyze and design around some significant grade changes to address accessibility issues to connect the building to parking and access driveways of differing elevations. The utility design was done in a manner so as to keep utility services to the main hospital active at all times. New stormwater management facilities were designed to compliment and enhance existing basins.

Oswego East High School

Oswego School Site Developments, Kendall County, Illinois
CGL provides consulting services, site evaluations and land development services for the Oswego School District. Land development projects have included an Early Childhood Center, 7 Elementary Schools, 2 Junior High Schools and the Oswego East High School. In addition to new school construction, CGL has performed site design services for several school expansions within the District.
