Two 5-story residential buildings, one of which has a grocery store, in the Sauganash neighborhood of Chicago. The site is accessed from an IDOT roadway, and a detention vault is located underneath the parking lot.

Asbury Place

126 multi-family units with 2 different building types were used for this upscale transit oriented design on 15 acres of land. The site features a central park and is located within walking distance of the train station.

Waterbury Place

Waterbury Place, Buffalo Grove, Illinois
150 multi-family units with 5 different building types on 30 acres of land. The site included numerous wetlands and ponds, as well as coordination with a railroad company which bordered the west property line.
